DESCRIPTION:
Half ‘N Half Frisco is a base for the production of savory sour dough bread and rolls.
FEATURES
- Easy to use; no messy wet sours or long fermenting periods. Add one part Half ‘N Half Frisco to one part bread flour, water and yeast
- Mixer, to hot bread out of the oven in about two hours.
- Recommended at 50% usage level based on flour weight.
INGREDIENTS
Enriched Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Wheat Flour, Wheat Gluten, Salt, Soybean Oil and 2% or Less of Each of the Following: Dextrose, Malted Barley Flour (Contains Wheat), Fumaric Acid, Malt Powder (Dried Corn Syrup, Barley Malt Extract), Monocalcium Phosphate, Acetic Acid, Lactic Acid, Calcium Carbonate, Corn Starch, Potassium Iodate, Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C), Enzymes (Contains Wheat).
