Half ‘N Half Simply Artisan


Half ‘N Half Simply Artisan is an all inclusive base for the production of flavorful Artisan breads with excellent tolerance and an overnight fermentation and retarding process.


1. Reduces waste: bread can hold up to two days in the retarder.
2. Use immediately or develop overnight for a more intense flavor.
3. Grain and crust characteristics contribute to a premium appearance.
4. Can be used for a variety of artisan breads.


Enriched Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Salt and 2% or Less of Each of the Following: Acetic Acid, Dextrose, Lactic Acid, Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C), Fumaric Acid, Malted Barley Flour (Contains Wheat).

  • Mix 2 minutes on low speed and 7-9 minutes on medium speed or until developed
  • Dough temp: 78° F.
  • Fermentation Time: 1 hour
