PROCEDURE:
Mix on low speed for 2 minutes. Mix on high speed for 7-9 minutes. Floor Time: 10-20 minutes. Proof Time: 60-65 minutes. Dough Temp: 78°F. Bake for 22 minutes at 420°F.
