Half ‘N Half Dark Pumpernickel is an all inclusive base for producing high quality flavorful dark pumpernickel bread.

  4. Recommended to use 50 lb base per 50 lb flour.


Enriched Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Rye Flour, Whole Grain Rye Meal, Salt, Caramel Color, Wheat Gluten, Soybean Oil and 2% or Less of Each of the Following: Ground Caraway Seed, Sugar, Lactic Acid, Ground Dill Seed, Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C).
