Stretch Out Base 2.0


Stretch Out Base 2.0 is a no-time base for pizza dough, tortillas, pita bread, and other doughs requiring extensibility.


  1. Aids dough development and reduces mixing time
  2. Produces bread that stretches easily without “snap-back”
  3. Does not contain Partially Hydrogenated Oils (PHOs)


Salt, Palm Shortening, Dextrose, Corn Starch, Mono- and Diglycerides, Defatted Soy Flour and 2% or Less of Each of the Following: L-Cysteine Hydrochloride, Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C), Enzymes.
