Southern Tortilla 200 CL is a clean label base used to make a tortilla with maximum flexibility,very little translucency, and an extended shelf life. It greatly reduces sticking and improves softness and rollability.

Cultured Wheat Starch, Mono- and Diglycerides, Salt, Wheat Flour, Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, Fumaric Acid, Sodium Bicarbonate, Honey Powder (Honey, Maltodextrin), Yeast and 2% or Less of Each of the Following: Soybean Oil, Hydrogenated Soybean Oil, Monocalcium Phosphate, Enzymes (Contains Wheat).
