DESCRIPTION:

Polar Danube VII 2.0 is a powdered base for doughs that are intended to be frozen products such as Italian bread, subs and Kaiser rolls.

FEATURES

  1. Does not contain Partially Hydrogenated Oils (PHOs)
  2. Contains the most current technology for freezer assurance
  3. Can be used for large or small scale production
  4. Does not contain Azodicarbonamide (ADA)

INGREDIENTS

Dextrose, Salt, Sugar, Wheat Flour, Soybean Oil, Diacetyl Tartaric Acid Esters of Mono-Diglycerides (DATEM) and 2% or Less of Each of the Following: Calcium Sulfate, Guar Gum, Ammonium Sulfate, Monoglycerides, Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C), Potassium Iodate, Enzymes (Contains Wheat).
