DESCRIPTION
Panini Plus 2.0 is a 6% powdered product used for the production of flat breads.
FEATURES
- Produces Greek-style (pocket-less) pitas that are soft and have extended shelf life
- Imparts maximum flexibility and desirable mouth feel
- Produces flat bread with easy stretch and no snap-back
- Does not contain Partially Hydrogenated Oils (PHOs)
INGREDIENTS
Salt, Dextrose, Preservatives (Calcium Propionate, Potassium Sorbate), Sodium Bicarbonate, Monoglycerides, Fumaric Acid, Sodium Aluminum Phosphate, Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, Enriched Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamine, Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Sodium Aluminum Sulfate and 2% or Less of Each of the Following: Carboxymethylcellulose, Soybean Oil, Hydrogenated Soybean Oil, Enzymes, L-Cysteine Hydrochloride
