Mr. Potato Bread & Roll Concentrate 2.0 is a plastic mix that contains all of the minor ingredients necessary to produce potato breads, buns and rolls.

Sugar, Dextrose, Palm Shortening, Potato Flour, Salt, Mono- and Diglycerides, Soybean Oil and 2% or Less of Each of the Following: Sodium Stearoyl Lactylate (SSL), Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C), Calcium Sulfate, Calcium Carbonate, Ammonium Sulfate, Potassium Iodate, LCysteine Hydrochloride, Beta Carotene (Color), Enzymes (Contains Wheat).

Mix on low speed for 2 minutes
Mix on high speed for 15 minutes or until dough is smooth, dry and pliable
