DESCRIPTION:

Crack ‘N Good Wheat Base 2.0 is a cracked wheat base, that produces bread with exceptional eye appeal and flavor.

FEATURES

  1. Does not contain Partially Hydrogenated Oils (PHOs)
  2. Enhances uniformity and improved tenderness of baked bread and rolls
  3. Yields dough with increased extensibility and greater absorption
  4. Superior machinability allows products to be produced with conventional or high speed equipment
  5. Finished products have a darker crumb than typical wheat products, a crunchy crust and contain grains that are clearly visible which contributes to a premium appearance

INGREDIENTS

Cracked Wheat, Sugar, Wheat Bran, Shortening Blend, Enriched Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Salt, Eggs and 2% or Less of Each of the Following: Dextrose, Molasses Powder (Molasses, Wheat Starch), Diacetyl Tartaric Acid Esters of Mono-Diglycerides (DATEM), Caramel Color, Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C), Hydrolyzed Wheat Gluten, Wheat Flour, Enzymes (Contains Wheat).
