Crack ‘N Good Wheat Base 2.0 is a cracked wheat base, that produces bread with exceptional eye appeal and flavor.
FEATURES
- Does not contain Partially Hydrogenated Oils (PHOs)
- Enhances uniformity and improved tenderness of baked bread and rolls
- Yields dough with increased extensibility and greater absorption
- Superior machinability allows products to be produced with conventional or high speed equipment
- Finished products have a darker crumb than typical wheat products, a crunchy crust and contain grains that are clearly visible which contributes to a premium appearance
INGREDIENTS
Cracked Wheat, Sugar, Wheat Bran, Shortening Blend, Enriched Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Salt, Eggs and 2% or Less of Each of the Following: Dextrose, Molasses Powder (Molasses, Wheat Starch), Diacetyl Tartaric Acid Esters of Mono-Diglycerides (DATEM), Caramel Color, Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C), Hydrolyzed Wheat Gluten, Wheat Flour, Enzymes (Contains Wheat).
