Sugar, Whole Wheat Flour, Cracked Wheat, Wheat Bran, Wheat Gluten, Salt, Soybean Oil, Eggs, Dairy Blend (Nonfat Dry Milk, Whey), Molasses Powder (Molasses, Wheat Starch) and 2% or Less of Each of the Following: Malted Barley Flour (Contains Wheat), Mono- and Diglycerides, Honey Powder (Honey, Maltodextrin), Sodium Stearoyl Lactylate (SSL), Enriched Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C), Enzymes (Contains Wheat), Wheat Flour.

PROCEDURE:

Mix 1 minute on low speed and 18-21 minutes on medium or until fully developed

Dough Temp: 78-80°F

Floor Time: 10-15 minutes

Proof: 50-60 minutes

Bake: 15-17 minutes at 365-375°F
