Trim Carb Pizza Base 2.0 is a base used in the production of high quality carb control pizza crust and pita bread.
FEATURES
- Produces pizza dough that is easy to stretch with no “snapback”
- Formulated for use in carb controlled weight loss diet plans
- Every 2 oz serving of baked crust will deliver approximately 9g net carbohydrates
- To meet nutritional claims, formula must be followed exactly
- Does not contain Partially Hydrogenated Oils (PHOs)

Wheat Gluten, Corn Starch, Oat Fiber, Soy Protein Isolate, Soybean Oil, Defatted Soy Flour, Salt, Sesame Seed Flour and 2% or Less of Each of the Following: Whole Wheat Flour, Dextrose, Preservatives (Calcium Propionate, Potassium Sorbate), Monoglycerides, Sucralose, L-Cysteine Hydrochloride.
