Caracas Chocolate Fudge Base 2.0 is a smooth paste that easily blends with sugar and water to make rich, chocolate flavored fudges and icings.

Dry Fondant
Corn Syrup 3.00
Margarine 2.50
Salt 0.25
Vanilla 0.25
Boiling Water 4.00
Place above in mixing bowl and mix on low speed until smooth
Boiling Water 4.00
Vegetable Oil 1.00
Add above slowly and mix until smooth
Total Weight 83.00


Dry fondant can be replaced with powdered sugar or wet fondant by adjusting water

Vary Chocolate Fudge Icing amount to suit desired richness and color

Adjust weight of water to suit proper decorating consistency
