DESCRIPTION:

A convenient, easy-to-scale powdered base for producing cake muffins in a variety of flavors. Delivers 30-65 days of shelf life when combined with Ultra Fresh® Sweet Classic 180 or Ultra Fresh® Premium 280.

Enriched Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Modified Corn Starch, Corn Syrup Solids, Whey (Milk), Soybean Oil, Sodium Aluminum Phosphate, Salt, Sodium Bicarbonate and 2% or Less of Each of the Following: Propylene Glycol Esters of Fatty Acids, Xanthan Gum, Mono- and Diglycerides, Sodium Stearoyl Lactylate (SSL), Carboxymethylcellulose, Diacetyl Tartaric Acid Esters Of Mono- Diglycerides (DATEM), Artificial Flavor.

Mix 1 minute on low. Mix 2-3 minutes on low and scrape bowl.
