DESCRIPTION
A clean-label, phosphate-free blend of ingredients for producing high ratio cakes. Just add flour, sugar, soybean oil, whole eggs, and water.
FEATURES
- Emulsifiers are limited to mono di-glycerides and lecithin
- Creates high ratio cakes without the use of chlorinated flour
- Does not contain sodium phosphates as leavening acids
INGREDIENTS
Wheat Flour, Sugar, Starch, Soybean Oil, Non Fat Dry Milk, Wheat Gluten, Salt and 2% or Less of Each of the Following: Calcium Acid Pyrophosphate, Mono- and Diglycerides, Sodium Bicarbonate, Monocalcium Phosphate, Natural Flavor, Soy Lecithin, Enriched Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Enzymes.
