A complete, clean-label mix for making muffins, rings and high-ratio chocolate cakes. Made without chlorinated flour or modified starches, this mix also is suitable for a reduced-sodium diet.


  1. Made from flour that is not chlorinated or bleached
  2. Emulsifiers used are mono di-glycerides and lecithin
  3. Calcium acid pyrophosphate is used in the leavening system
  4. Does not contain any modified starches
  5. Batters are based on soybean oil systems vs. hard fat
