DESCRIPTION
A complete, clean-label mix for making muffins, rings and high-ratio chocolate cakes. Made without chlorinated flour or modified starches, this mix also is suitable for a reduced-sodium diet.

- Emulsifiers used are mono di-glycerides and lecithin
- Calcium acid pyrophosphate is used in the leavening system
