Cocoa, Cocoa Processed With Alkali, Enzyme Active Soy Flour, Soybean Oil, Egg Whites, Wheat Flour, Eggs, Salt, Modified Corn Starch and 2% or Less of Each of the Following: Potassium Sorbate (Preservative), Artificial Flavor, Sodium Bicarbonate, Enzymes (Contains Wheat)

Sugar Granulated 35.00
Corn Syrup 6.00
Vegetable Oil 6.00
All Purpose Palm Shortening ZTF 4.00
Water (Variable) 10.00
2nd Stage
Water (Variable) 7.00
Total weight 100.00


  1. Mix stage 1 ingredients, 1 min low, 1 min med.
  2. Scrape as needed
  3. Add 2nd stage ingredients
  4. Mix 1 min low, 1 min med
  5. Scrape as needed
  6. Scale into individual snack cake pans
  7. Bake at 365º F
