DESCRIPTION:

Bagel-Eze-5 2.0 is a no time base used to impart salt, sweetness, emulsification, and flavor to bagels.

FEATURES

  3. Keeps bagels fresh and helps retain excellent texture
  4. Produces bagels through traditional boiling or rack oven baking with heavy steam

Sugar, Salt, Malted Barley Flour (Contains Wheat) and 2% or Less of Each of the Following: Molasses Powder (Molasses, Wheat Starch), Mono- and Diglycerides, Ammonium Chloride, Enriched Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C), Calcium Sulfate, L-Cysteine Hydrochloride, Enzymes.
