DESCRIPTION:
Red Raspberry Jelly Powder is a dry rose colored powder that when reconstituted creates a product with a tart and tangy flavor that has excellent performance characteristics.

INGREDIENTS
Corn Starch, Sodium Alginate, Adipic Acid, Guar Gum, Sugar, Color Blend (Red 40 Lake, Blue 1 Lake, Blue 2 Lake), Sodium Benzoate (Preservative), Sodium Hexametaphosphate, Fumaric Acid and 2% or Less of Each of the Following: Citric Acid, Carboxymethylcellulose, Artificial Flavor, Calcium Sulfate, Calcium Citrate, Locust Bean Gum.

PROCEDURE:
Blend Red Raspberry flavored Jelly Powder and sugar
Put hot tap water into mixing bowl
While mixing on low speed, gradually add the Red Raspberry flavored Jelly Powder and sugar blend and mix until smooth. (Approx. 5 min)
Transfer to container and allow to sit for several hours before use
If a softer jelly is desired add 3 lbs of corn syrup to the above formulation
