Bagel Base 3 Non GMO is a base made from Non-GMO sourced ingredients. Designed for both wholesale & retail bakeries, it helps produce bagels with excellent taste, texture
and aroma, without the use of chemicals, artificial flavors or additives. Bagel Base 3 Non GMO can also be incorporated into frozen dough applications.
