Premium Old Style Rye is a complete mix formulated with additional conditioning additives that retard the staling of bread and extends its shelf life.

INGREDIENTS

Enriched Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Rye Flour, Soybean Oil, Salt and 2% or Less of Each of the Following: Sugar, Ground Caraway Seed, Calcium Stearoyl Lactylate (CSL), Calcium Propionate (Preservative), Molasses Powder (Molasses, Wheat Starch), Acetic Acid, Lactic Acid, Fumaric Acid, Monocalcium Phosphate, Ground Dill Seed, Calcium Carbonate, Onion Powder, Corn Starch, Enzymes (Contains Wheat), Potassium Iodate, Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C), Natural Flavor.

PROCEDURE:

Mix 2 minutes on low or first speed

Continue mixing on medium 7-8 minutes or until developed

Dough Temp: 75-78°F

Floor Time: 10-15 minutes

Bake in rack oven at 390-400°F with 20 seconds of steam

Bake about 24-26 minutes depending on loaf size
