DESCRIPTION

A clean-label, phosphate-free blend of ingredients for producing high ratio cakes. Just add flour, sugar, soybean oil, whole eggs, and water.

FEATURES

  1. Emulsifiers are limited to mono di-glycerides and lecithin
  2. Creates high ratio cakes without the use of chlorinated flour
  3. Does not contain sodium phosphates as leavening acids

INGREDIENTS

Wheat Flour, Sugar, Starch, Soybean Oil, Non Fat Dry Milk, Wheat Gluten, Salt and 2% or Less of Each of the Following: Calcium Acid Pyrophosphate, Mono- and Diglycerides, Sodium Bicarbonate, Monocalcium Phosphate, Natural Flavor, Soy Lecithin, Enriched Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Enzymes.
