INGREDIENTS

Enriched Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid) and 2% or Less of Each of the Following: Wheat Gluten, Salt, Soybean Oil, Calcium Propionate (Preservative), Lactic Acid, Artificial Flavors, Fumaric Acid, Acetic Acid, Potassium Iodate, Enzymes.

PROCEDURE:

Mix: Low (1st speed) 2 minutes

High: (2nd speed) 12-15 minutes or until fully developed

Dough Temp: 76-78°F

Floor Time: 10-15 minutes

Proof Time: 40-50 mins. (Variable)

Steam: Rack oven – 1st 30 seconds

Hearth oven – 1st 10 minutes

Bake Time: 400°F for 35-45 minutes
