DESCRIPTION:

Trim Carb Pizza Base 2.0 is a base used in the production of high quality carb control pizza crust and pita bread.

FEATURES

  1. Produces pizza dough that is easy to stretch with no “snapback”
  2. Formulated for use in carb controlled weight loss diet plans
  3. Every 2 oz serving of baked crust will deliver approximately 9g net carbohydrates
  4. To meet nutritional claims, formula must be followed exactly
  5. Does not contain Partially Hydrogenated Oils (PHOs)

Wheat Gluten, Corn Starch, Oat Fiber, Soy Protein Isolate, Soybean Oil, Defatted Soy Flour, Salt, Sesame Seed Flour and 2% or Less of Each of the Following: Whole Wheat Flour, Dextrose, Preservatives (Calcium Propionate, Potassium Sorbate), Monoglycerides, Sucralose, L-Cysteine Hydrochloride.
